C&C Energy Surveyors was formed in 2008 in order to take part in the government's push to fight global warming. The partners have a wealth of experience in the property sector having been involved in many developments, new builds and refurbishment over the last 30 years.
Our expertise is in energy efficiency where we can advise users on ways of making significant savings on both gas and electric bills.
Providing commercial and domestic EPCs is the core of our business, where we would make recommendations to improve the energy efficiency of the building being surveyed, its fabric, its insulation and its heating and cooling system.
